Alan is a Senior Vice President in the global Research & Analytics group at FleishmanHillard. In addition to being the firm’s global product development lead for research and analytics, Alan works on clients such as AT&T and is General Motor’s global social analytics lead. With client, supply-side, and now agency experience, he is a recovering PR/MarComm strategist-turned left-handed data guy, is more data artist + strategist than scientist and an administrator + operations lead for data and insights. His areas of expertise focus on: strategy and big ideas grounded in insights born from data, social media audience profiling, content optimization, measurement framework development, KPI development and alignment cross-enterprise, social media tool assessment and implementation, consulting with clients on social media command centers and content studios for agile marketing. @alanchumley
